Finance Analyst - Corporate Finance - BD and M&A

Role: Financial Analyst specializing in Business Development (BD) and M&A to support strategic corporate decisions within the biopharma industry. Responsibilities: conduct valuation analyses, build merger and licensing models, evaluate lifecycle management opportunities, and prepare financial presentations for senior management and board. Support corporate finance activities including capital structure optimization, industry benchmarking, and scenario analyses. Build and maintain financial models, perform discounted cash flow analyses, and monitor market trends. Qualifications: BS/BA with 3+ years or MBA with 1+ year, preferably with biotech/pharma industry experience; strong expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis (GAAP/non-GAAP), and industry tools (Excel, FactSet, Bloomberg). Skills: strategic thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work on multiple projects in evolving environments.
