Field Service Engineer 2

Role: Field Service Engineer 2 supporting MR equipment in the Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, and Southwest Michigan regions, primarily focusing on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations. Responsibilities: perform timely and accurate service on medical MR equipment, lead equipment installations, serve as escalation point for customer concerns, maintain customer relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance through documentation. Qualifications: associate degree or military equivalent with 4+ years servicing electronic equipment, or high school diploma with 6+ years experience; technical proficiency in MR troubleshooting, repair, and installation; valid driver’s license; experience with web and Microsoft tools. High-Value: MR modality, healthcare setting, equipment installation and repair, customer service, field support, US-based work with regional travel, physical ability to lift 35 lbs, after-hours availability, and rotating on-call schedule.
