Field Service Engineer 1

Role: Field Service Engineer I responsible for timely and accurate preventative and corrective maintenance of medical equipment across North Florida. Objectives include supporting equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities encompass learning to perform service tasks, assisting experienced engineers, communicating effectively with customers and team members, and maintaining administrative accuracy. Engage in customer relationship building, promote revenue opportunities, and stay informed on market trends. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military education; 2+ years of experience servicing electronic or electro-mechanical equipment if high school graduate; experience with web applications and Microsoft Office; valid Driver's License; willingness to travel; legal work authorization in the U.S. Preferred: technical expertise in OEC Surgery C-Arms. High-value specifics include biomedical modality focus, service in North Florida, and a role suited for individuals developing independence in technical service.
