Field Service Engineer 1

Role: Field Engineer responsible for preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of medical equipment within hospital or healthcare settings in Kansas City MO or KS. Objectives: ensure optimal equipment performance to support healthcare delivery. Responsibilities: perform timely preventive maintenance, assist with installations and complex repairs, communicate effectively with customers, maintain compliance documentation, and collaborate with team members and support networks to resolve issues. Requirements: associate degree or equivalent military training plus 2 years of electronics service experience, or high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience, valid driver’s license, experience with web applications and Microsoft Office, and ability to work after hours/on-call. Preferred: technical expertise in MRI and CT modalities. High-value: role involves servicing advanced medical imaging equipment, with physical requirements including lifting up to 35 lbs., and working in hospital environments. Collaboration includes engaging with customer teams and internal support, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and regulatory adherence.
