Field Service Engineer 1

Role: Field Engineer responsible for preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment in hospital settings, specifically within anesthesia, maternal-infant care, and diagnostic cardiology. Objectives include ensuring optimal healthcare delivery through equipment reliability and compliance. Responsibilities: perform timely maintenance, maintain customer relationships, adhere to policies and documentation standards, and support regulatory requirements. Qualifications: associates or bachelor's degree, military training, or 4+ years electronic equipment experience; valid driver’s license; legal work authorization in the U.S. and background check compliance. Preferred: experience in anesthesia, maternal-infant care, or diagnostic cardiology; ability to lift up to 35 lbs; flexible availability including after-hours and on-call work.
