Field Service Engineer 1

Role: Field Service Engineer 1 responsible for timely and accurate maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of medical equipment across Atlanta. Objectives: ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence and technical support. Responsibilities: perform preventative maintenance, assist with equipment installation, communicate effectively with customers and team members, manage administrative tasks, and promote revenue opportunities. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, military experience, or 2+ years servicing electronic/electromechanical equipment; proficiency with web and Microsoft tools; valid driver’s license; willing to travel. Preferred: technical expertise in OEC Surgery C-Arms. High-value specifics: biomedical equipment service, medical device maintenance, customer-facing roles, onsite work in healthcare environments, physical ability to handle equipment, and compliance with safety and quality regulations. The role involves working onsite at customer locations, with occasional remote work, and requires physical capability to lift and handle up to 35 lbs.
