Field Reimbursement Manager-South Central

Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary field point of contact for practice administrators and billing/coding/clinical staff on reimbursement for Harrow buy-and-bill brands.
- Provide non-promotional education on payer coverage policy, medical benefit billing/coding (HCPCS/CPT/J-codes, ICD-10, modifiers), prior authorization requirements, and claims submission best practices.
- Support prior authorizations and appeals by educating staff on payer-specific requirements and documentation needs.
- Educate practices on support programs (patient assistance, product replacement, sample programs) and coordinate warm handoffs to the HUB.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory; conduct structured business reviews to assess reimbursement performance, denial trends, and action plans.
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop targeted intervention plans; partner with Sales for aligned, compliant customer support.
- Perform account-level claims analysis to identify denial patterns and coding errors; apply payer policies across commercial, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid.
- Escalate systemic/complex payer issues with supporting data and recommendations to National Sr. Director and Market Access.
- Coordinate with HUB/Patient Services on benefit verification, PA/appeals support, and patient assistance; maintain CRM/reporting documentation; represent the company compliantly.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 7+ years healthcare reimbursement/brand management/sales experience.
- Bachelor’s preferred (or equivalent).
- Buy-and-bill experience required.
- 2+ years Field Reimbursement experience required.
- Preferred: healthcare credentialing/certification, eye care, private equity, HCPCS Level II (J-code), Transitional Pass-Through reimbursement.
- Experience with benefit verification, prior authorizations, claim assistance, appeals; payer coverage experience (Medicare MACs, Medicare Advantage, Commercial, Medicaid); claims analysis and regular QBRs.

Location/Travel:
- Remote; up to 80% travel.
