Field Reimbursement Manager- Rocky Mountains

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager focused on ensuring target accounts in urology understand billing and reimbursement processes for UroGen products. Responsibilities: develop relationships with key healthcare providers, address billing/coding requirements, answer reimbursement inquiries, and ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial regulations. Collaborate with account teams to translate strategies into actionable plans, demonstrate expertise in disease state and surgical/reimbursement processes, and manage administrative tasks efficiently. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 4 years in pharma/biotech/medical device, 2 years reimbursement experience, hospital or urology experience preferred. HighValue: experience with billing, coding, and reimbursement in urology, hospital, or ASC settings; understanding of Part B reimbursement, healthcare delivery models, patient pathways; travel required.
