Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance for Kevzara (Rheumatology Business Unit).
- Act as field point of contact for Rheumatology Patient Support Services; collaborate cross-functionally to lead Kevzara pull-through efforts.
- Escalate Kevzara-specific issues with Specialty Pharmacy to ensure medication access and adherence.
- Serve as SME for Kevzara Connect, Kevzarahcp.com, patient support programs, access issue resolution, and alternative funding options.
- Conduct HCP office/SP site visits as needed to facilitate pull-through and resolve escalated issues (HIPAA compliant).
- Educate office personnel on prior authorization/appeals, reimbursement support, free drug programs, and financial assistance.
- Maintain knowledge of payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy, and Utilization Management criteria.
- Build relationships with key customer segments (internal/external).
- Reduce cycle time and increase conversion rate for patients prescribed Kevzara; identify operational gaps and collaborate on process improvements.
- Provide PRB/RC-approved coverage information (payer claims processing requirements, prior auth/appeals, disease state).
- Coordinate with field sales on account prioritization and follow-up plans.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare or relevant experience.
- Specialty biologics, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, and/or Market Access experience a plus.
- Ability to travel within assigned geography.
