Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization/appeals, financial assistance, and related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit.
- Provide support for Dupixent MyWay programs, access issue resolution, and alternative funding options.
- Act as a point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay); lead cross-functional collaboration to support Dupixent pull-through.
- Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals; support reimbursement via Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance.
- Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
- Maintain knowledge of local/national payer landscape, including specialty pharmacy and utilization management criteria.
- Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including state societies/associations/advocacy groups; conduct HCP office visits as needed (HIPAA-compliant).
- Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rate for patients prescribed Dupixent.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry (specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access preferred/plus).
- Ability to travel as necessary; ~50% travel depending on geography.
- Valid driverβs license; complete fleet safety training and maintain acceptable driving record.
