Field Reimbursement Manager - Orlando, FL

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) supporting argenx's immunology portfolio by optimizing patient access and reimbursement across medical and pharmacy benefit channels. Responsibilities: serve as primary reimbursement resource, educate healthcare providers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals; develop account-specific access strategies; manage complex reimbursement issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Support Services, Market Access, and Sales; develop territory plans utilizing CRM and data analytics; ensure operational compliance and address access barriers proactively. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5+ years' experience in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty healthcare; deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and specialty pharmacy reimbursement models; strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience supporting biologics, immunology, or rare disease therapies; familiarity with buy-and-bill, infusion reimbursement, site-of-care, and payer management strategies. Preferred: experience in neurology or immunology, proficiency with CRM systems, and extensive travel willingness.
