Role: Field-based reimbursement and access specialist focusing on oncology and hematology products in Indianapolis or Chicago. Responsibilities: educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access strategies, payer policies, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes; develop and maintain provider relationships; stay current on managed care trends; report payer insights to internal teams; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in access, reimbursement, or account management within oncology or specialty medicines; deep understanding of coverage, billing, Medicare Parts A-D, and payer dynamics; strong communication skills and territory management expertise; valid driverβs license; ability to meet HCIR credentialing standards. Preferred: extensive industry experience, leadership track record, and experience educating providers on payer processes for specialty therapies.
