Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Role: Field-based healthcare educator specializing in oncology and hematology, focusing on patient support programs, access, and reimbursement strategies. Responsibilities: educate healthcare providers on access tools, reimbursement policies, specialty pharmacy networks, and address payer issues; collaborate with internal stakeholders for key account management; monitor and report payer trends; develop relationships with providers; remain current on managed care and policy updates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, valid driver’s license, 5+ years industry experience in access/reimbursement or account management, with strong knowledge of coverage, coding, billing, and payer policies; experience with physician-administered therapies and complex access models preferred.
