Role: Field-based Patient Access & Reimbursement Specialist focusing on oncology/hematology products, responsible for educating healthcare providers on patient support programs, access, reimbursement, and payer policies within assigned territories. Responsibilities: establish and maintain provider relationships, inform on product-specific access options like specialty pharmacy networks, stay current on managed care and policy updates, and report payer trends to internal teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, valid driverβs license, 5+ years in access and reimbursement or account management, with strong oncology or hematology-oncology experience involving physician-administered therapies, medical reimbursement, and complex access models. Demonstrated knowledge of coverage, coding, billing, benefit verification, prior authorization, and payer policy; ability to communicate technical reimbursement requirements at national and regional levels. Preferred: extensive payer education experience, proven leadership, and a track record within the industry. High-Value: oncology/hematology focus, complex access models, Medicare Parts A-D understanding, and HCIR credentialing requirements. Location: primarily in Phoenix, AZ; Las Vegas, NV; Salt Lake City, UT; field-based with regional travel.
