Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Role: Field-based healthcare provider education specialist focusing on patient support programs, access, and reimbursement within oncology. Responsibilities: educate healthcare professionals on product-specific access options, reimbursement policies, coding, billing, and claims processes; collaborate with internal stakeholders on key account management; monitor payer trends and policy changes; establish and maintain provider relationships; stay current on managed care and reimbursement activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; experience in oncology or hematology-oncology, with knowledge of medical benefit reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, and complex access models; understanding of Parts A-D Medicare reimbursement; strong communication skills for technical payer processes; valid driver's license. Preferred: 5+ years in access/reimbursement or account management; extensive payer education experience; proven leadership.
