Responsibilities: educate providers on patient support tools, reimbursement options including specialty pharmacy and distribution channels, and payer policy updates; collaborate with internal teams for account management and report payer trends; develop and maintain provider relationships; stay current on managed care and reimbursement dynamics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in industry with experience in oncology reimbursement, specialty medicines, or access management; strong knowledge of coverage, coding, billing, and payer policies; ability to communicate complex reimbursement concepts. High-value: oncology/hematology, specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill products, Medicare Part A-D, complex access models. Work setup: field-based in Hartford, CT or Albany, NY, with travel as needed.
