Role: Field-based healthcare provider educator focused on patient support programs, access, and reimbursement strategies for oncology products. Primary objectives include educating providers on patient access tools, payer policies, and reimbursement processes to optimize product utilization. Responsibilities encompass engaging healthcare providers within territory on product-specific acquisition options, navigating payer requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with providers and internal teams. The role involves staying current on payor and policy trends and reporting insights to internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelorโ€™s degree; 5+ years in access, reimbursement, or account management in oncology or hematology-oncology; deep knowledge of coverage, coding, billing, reimbursement, and payer policies; experience with physician-administered therapies and complex access models; ability to communicate technical payer information effectively; valid driverโ€™s license; credentialing for healthcare facilities. Preferred: extensive experience educating on payer processes for specialty medicines, leadership credentials, and industry experience exceeding 5 years. High-Value: Oncology/hematology-oncology, specialty and buy-and-bill therapies, reimbursement dynamics (Medicare Parts A-D), complex access models. WorkSetup: Field-based in Lexington, KY or Cleveland, OH; travel as required.
