Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Role: Field-based healthcare provider education role focused on patient support, access, and reimbursement within oncology/hemostasis. Responsibilities: educate HCPs on patient support programs, reimbursement tools, specialty pharmacy and distribution options, payer policies, coding, billing, and claims processes; collaborate locally with oncology stakeholders; monitor payer trends and communicate insights; develop relationships with providers; stay current on managed care, reimbursement, and policy changes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in access, reimbursement, or account management, preferably in oncology or hematology-oncology; strong knowledge of coverage, coding, billing, Medicare Parts A-D, and payer dynamics; excellent territory/account management skills; valid driver’s license; ability to satisfy HCIR credentialing; experience with physician-administered therapies, complex access models, and specialty medicines preferred.
