Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Role: Field-based healthcare educator specializing in oncology and hematology, focusing on patient support programs, access, reimbursement, and payer policies within designated territories (Miami, FL; Tampa, FL). Objectives: facilitate product access, educate providers on reimbursement processes, and monitor payer trends. Responsibilities: engage healthcare providers on access strategies, coordinate with internal teams on account management, and maintain relationships with key providers while staying current on managed care policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in access/reimbursement or account management, with oncology/hematology experience preferred; proficiency in coverage, coding, billing, and payer policy; valid driver’s license; ability to meet HCIR credentialing standards. Preferred: extensive industry experience, leadership in access/reimbursement, and strong communication skills.
