Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Role: Field-based healthcare education and account management specialist focused on oncology and hematology products, primarily supporting patient access, reimbursement, and payer relationships. Responsibilities: educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access options such as specialty pharmacy and distribution channels, and navigate payer policies; foster relationships with providers; report payer trends to internal teams; stay current on managed care and reimbursement policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in access, reimbursement, or account management within oncology/hematology; deep understanding of coverage, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes, including Medicare parts A-D; experience with physician-administered therapies, buy-and-bill, and complex access models preferred. Certifications: Ability to meet healthcare industry credentialing (HCIR) requirements for facility access.
