Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Role: Field-based Oncology/Reimbursement Educator responsible for training healthcare providers on patient support programs, access, reimbursement, and payer policies within designated territories. Responsibilities: educate providers on access options like specialty pharmacy networks and distribution, communicate regional payer trends, and establish relationships with providers. Collaborate with internal Oncology teams for account management and stay current on reimbursement policies and managed care activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in access/reimbursement or account management in the biopharma industry, with strong knowledge of oncology/hematology reimbursement, coverage, coding, billing, and payer processes. Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements. Preferred skills include extensive experience educating on payer requirements, leadership in current role, and a deep understanding of Medicare Parts A-D and complex access models.
