Field Reimbursement Manager- Northeast

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager focused on urology accounts, ensuring healthcare providers understand billing, coding, and reimbursement processes for UroGen products. Responsibilities: develop relationships with target accounts, answer reimbursement inquiries, navigate Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial regulations, and translate strategies into actionable plans; collaborate with account teams to optimize outcomes. Requirements: bachelor's degree; at least 4 years in pharma, biotech, or med device; minimum 2 years reimbursement experience; hospital or large account experience and Urology background preferred; strong communication skills; ability to travel.
