Field Reimbursement Manager - New England

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Amgen's Bone Health products across northern New England, responsible for managing patient access and reimbursement within designated accounts. Responsibilities: execute territory strategic plans, assist healthcare providers with reimbursement processes, educate on payer coverage, resolve coverage issues, and collaborate with internal teams like the HUB. Requirements: Doctorate, Master’s (with 3 years customer service/leadership), Bachelor's (with 5 years), or Associate’s (with 10 years) plus experience managing teams or projects; minimum two years in managed care, clinical support, or pharma industry. Skills: medical reimbursement expertise, strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; proficient in healthcare insurance processes, billing, coding, and appeals; experience with specialty/biologic products and payers including Medicare and Medicaid. Preferred: Bachelor's in business/healthcare, 6+ years' experience with biologics or physician-administered products, CMS knowledge, and ability to manage ambiguity. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on biologics, specialty pharmacy, buy & bill, and Medicare/Medicaid coverage; supporting products for serious illnesses with a regional emphasis. Work setup: Remote with 2 days/week in the field, travel up to 40%, based in or near specified geographic region.
