The Field Reimbursement Manager is a front-line member of the Neurology Field team supporting launch and adoption of an HCP-administered rare disease therapy. Serve as a reimbursement and access expert across buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, and alternate sites of care; support providers throughout the reimbursement cycle including coverage, coding, product acquisition, patient support services, and site-of-care decision making.

Location: Dallas/Houston (Metro) TX.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans to support product launch, optimize site of care, and build reimbursement confidence.
- Educate accounts on patient support services; collaborate with Patient Services to support onboarding, therapy initiation, and ongoing treatment.
- Partner with Sales, Patient Services, Account Directors, and Medical to align access strategy and remove barriers to therapy initiation.
- Ensure consistent, accurate REMS communication and field execution.
- Coordinate between provider offices, specialty pharmacy, and infusion sites.
- Guide HCPs resolving access challenges (prior authorizations, denials, appeals, and payer site-of-care restrictions) per company policies.
- Anticipate and adapt to evolving payer policies and distribution pathway changes.
- Manage territory coverage with strong planning and time management.
- Build relationships with access champions to support access readiness and therapy delivery.
- Update accounts on payer policy evolution, coding updates (e.g., J-code progression), and site-of-care management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in biopharma reimbursement, market access, or field-based access roles (matrix environment), including 2+ years direct reimbursement experience for medical benefit therapies (buy & bill preferred).
- Experience across buy & bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site-of-care management.
- Rare disease experience and product launch support experience strongly preferred.

Salary Range (annually): $165,600.00 - $209,600.00.
