Field Reimbursement Manager - MidAtlantic

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager focused on uro-oncology products, ensuring target accounts understand billing, coding, and reimbursement processes. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, navigating Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial reimbursement regulations, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize patient access and account outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, at least 4 years in pharma/biotech/medical device, with a minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience, preferably with hospital or urology accounts. Skills: strong communication, problem-solving, resourcefulness, and ability to travel. High-Value: focus on urology, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payers; experience with uro-oncology and large accounts is preferred. Work setup: field-based with travel required.
