Role Summary

The Market Access Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Regions engages with the field force to educate and support providers, their offices, and support staff on patient support programs, payor coverage, policy, and criteria. Serves as the local market access expert on payer processes to help providers navigate coverage and support patients in obtaining coverage. This is a remote role with regional travel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and detailed coverage, criteria, and policy education to healthcare provider offices, infusion suites, specialty pharmacies, home infusion providers, and hospital-based infusion centers.
  • Collaborate with the ADvantage Ig Patient Support Program (HUB) to ensure clear communication between providers and ADMA.
  • Communicate knowledge of patient enrollment, prior authorizations, appeals, and HUB-supported programs.
  • Serve as the market access training lead for the territory, delivering policy updates and program information as needed.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional meetings with Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to support providers.
  • Travel within the region and to national meetings; approximately 65–75% time.
  • Support providers and sales in designated states: Northeast (MA, ME, VT, RI, NH, CT) and Mid-Atlantic (NY, NJ, PA, DE, VA, WV, DC, NC).

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in field reimbursement within a major pharmaceutical organization, understanding provider segments and payors across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA/DOD/Tricare, ACA; deep understanding of medical and pharmacy benefits, billing, and coding for infused products.
  • Extensive frontline experience across infusion service areas including Physician Buy and Bill offices, Ambulatory Infusion suites, specialty pharmacies/home infusion providers, and hospital outpatient infusion centers.
  • Ability to disseminate payor policy and criteria for coverage to providers.
  • Ability to think independently, analyze issues, and make recommendations to obtain coverage for patients.
  • Extensive Buy and Bill experience in Rare Disease, Plasma/IVIG, Oncology, or Orphan Disease.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and demonstrated integrity.
  • Compliance with ADMA Quality policies, standards, and SOPs; timely completion of QA, HR, and EH&S procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Education

  • BA/BS or RN degree required; life science, business, or nursing preferred; master's degree a plus. RN is highly desirable.
