Responsibilities
- Support patient access by assisting HCP offices with reimbursement processes (missing info, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals) and coordinating product fulfillment through specialty pharmacies (SPs)
- Partner with the Corcept HUB to resolve patient case issues (e.g., delayed/cancelled/discontinued enrollments) and coordinate with SPs, HUB case managers, payers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct in-services/educational sessions for HCP staff on the access pathway, patient support services, HUB, and Specialty Pharmacy network
- Serve as the access and reimbursement resource for the territory; keep stakeholders updated on payer policies and access dynamics
- Collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialists; contribute local insights in calls; provide feedback to Market Access and National Accounts on access trends and payer policy shifts
- Manage the territory: balance in-field/virtual engagement, analyze data to identify access barriers, and track patients through enrollment to fulfillment and therapy continuation
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Technical Proficiencies
- Deep understanding of U.S. reimbursement environment and specialty pharmacy distribution models
- Strong problem-solving, communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools; self-starter with strong organization
- Valid driverβs license; ability to travel extensively
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelorβs degree
- Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement, market access, patient services, or related field
- Field-based experience with SPs, HUBs, payers, and healthcare providers; rare disease/endocrinology experience; familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways
- Bilingual (depending on region)
Pay Range
- $154,000β$200,000
