Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Endocrinology

Responsibilities:
- Assist HCP offices with reimbursement processes: benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, missing info collection, and fulfillment through specialty pharmacies (SPs)
- Partner with the Corcept HUB to resolve patient case issues, including delayed/cancelled/discontinued enrollments
- Coordinate with SPs, HUB case managers, payers, and stakeholders to facilitate patient access
- Conduct in-services/educational sessions for HCP staff on access pathway, HUB, and specialty pharmacy network
- Serve as territory access/reimbursement resource; keep stakeholders informed of evolving payer policies
- Collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialists on account strategy and access challenges/opportunities
- Provide insights on regional access trends/issues and payer policy shifts to Market Access leadership and National Accounts
- Manage territory: balance in-field/virtual engagement; analyze data to identify barriers/gaps; develop action plans
- Track patients through enrollment, fulfillment, and therapy continuation

Qualifications/Preferred:
- Deep understanding of U.S. reimbursement and specialty pharmacy distribution models
- Strong problem-solving; professional, urgent handling of complex access issues
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools
- Self-starter; strong time management/organization
- Valid driver’s license; extensive travel in assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement/market access/patient services (or related)
- Experience with SPs, HUBs, payers, HCPs in field-based roles
- Experience in rare disease or endocrinology (preferred); familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant (preferred); bilingual (depending on region, preferred)

- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Compensation (as stated): $165,000–$205,000 pay range.
