Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance for the Dermatology Business Unit.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay, and program vendors to improve patient support and customer experience.
- Build territory strategy and execute national priorities by increasing reimbursement confidence and supporting patient pull-through for Dupixent.
- Act as point of contact for Dupixent MyWay; collaborate cross-functionally to support pull-through.
- Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals; support reimbursement via Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance.
- Plan geographic business plans; maintain knowledge of payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy, and Utilization Management criteria.
- Build relationships with customer segments and (as needed) state societies, associations, and advocacy groups.
- Conduct HCP office visits, provide educational programs, and resolve escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact.
- Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rate for patients prescribed Dupixent.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- 5+ years in pharma/healthcare; dermatology or respiratory and/or Market Access preferred.

Preferred:
- Ability to travel for meetings/trainings/programs.
- Proven cross-functional teamwork in matrix settings; co-promote experience.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, strategic/analytical/communication skills; adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Valid driver’s license.

Travel Requirements:
- 50%–75% travel (depending on geography).
