Market Access
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert for Dupixent MyWay patient support programs, access issue resolution, and financial assistance/alternative funding options.
- Act as a point of contact for Dupixent MyWay; collaborate cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts with the matrix field team.
- Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes; support reimbursement via Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
- Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
- Maintain knowledge of the local/national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for Dupixent.
- Build positive working relationships with key internal/external customer segments.
- Partner with matrix and Alliance colleagues to drive a culture of respect and customer focus.
- Develop relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and increase awareness.
- Conduct HCP office visits to facilitate pull-through and resolve escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact.
- Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase patient conversion rate.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in specialty biologics; pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access; specialty pharmacy; and/or Market Access.
- Travel to meetings/trainings/programs within assigned geography.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional, matrix environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills (conflict resolution, relationship building).
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment; excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain compliance with applicable policies/procedures and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Valid driverβs license.

- ~70% travel (depending on geography).
