Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting specialty biologics, focusing on optimizing patient access through payer and healthcare provider engagement. Responsibilities: serve as a process and payer SME, develop strategic plans for access and reimbursement initiatives, collaborate with sales, medical, and access teams, educate physicians on coverage and specialty pharmacy processes, and monitor local and national payer landscape. Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in biopharma reimbursement or market access roles, with at least 2 years supporting medical benefit therapies; experience with specialty pharmacy models including white bagging and site of care; residence in territory (Fresno, CA).
