Responsibilities:
- Serve as field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and other business-related issues for Dupixent.
- Be a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
- Act as point of contact for Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Services) and collaborate cross-functionally to support Dupixent pull-through efforts.
- Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes; provide reimbursement support via Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
- Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
- Maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
- Build strong relationships with key customer segments (internal/external); partner with Alliance colleagues to promote respect and customer focus.
- Develop relationships with state societies/associations/advocacy groups to support patient access and awareness.
- Conduct HCP office visits as needed; resolve escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact.
- Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rate.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or relevant experience.
- Preferred: experience in specialty biologics, PB reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access.
- Ability to travel as needed (about 50%) and within assigned geography.
- Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork in a matrix; experience co-promoting.
- Strong interpersonal skills (conflict resolution, relationship building); strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Ability to achieve/maintain compliance with applicable Sanofi-Genzyme policies and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Valid driver’s license.
