Position Title: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Dupixent
Location: Charleston, WV (Remote)
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert for Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
- Act as point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay); collaborate cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts as appropriate.
- Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals; provide reimbursement support via Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance.
- Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
- Maintain knowledge of local/national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
- Build positive working relationships with key internal and external customer segments.
- Partner with Alliance colleagues to promote a respectful, customer-focused culture.
- Develop relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and raise awareness.
- Conduct HCP office visits as needed; solve escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact.
- Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rate for patients prescribed Dupixent.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or relevant experience.
- Prior experience in specialty biologics and/or pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access (preferred).
- Ability to travel as necessary within assigned geography.
- Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork in a matrix and co-promote.
- Energetic, driven; strong interpersonal skills (manage conflict, build relationships).
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve/maintain compliance with applicable policies, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Valid driverβs license.
Travel Requirements:
- ~50% travel (depending on geography).
