Market Access
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and related business issues within the Dupixent Business Unit.
- Be a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
- Act as point of contact for Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Services) and collaborate cross-functionally to support Dupixent โpull throughโ efforts.
- Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals; provide reimbursement support via Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
- Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
- Maintain knowledge of local/national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
- Build relationships with key customer segments (internal/external); partner with Alliance colleagues to support a culture of respect and customer focus.
- Develop relationships with state societies/associations/advocacy groups to support access and awareness for Alliance, Dupixent MyWay, and Dupixent.
- Conduct HCP office visits as needed; resolve escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact.
- Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase patient conversion rate.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or relevant experience.
- Prior experience in specialty biologics and/or pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access is a plus.
- Ability to travel (including ~50% travel) within assigned geography.
- Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork in a matrix environment.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills; ability to manage conflict and build relationships.
- Valid driverโs license.
