Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and related business issues within the Dupixent business unit.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
- Act as a point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay) and collaborate cross-functionally to support Dupixent pull-through efforts.
- Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals; provide reimbursement support via Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
- Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
- Maintain knowledge of the payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key internal/external customer segments; partner with Alliance colleagues to promote a culture of respect and customer focus.
- Develop relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access.
- Conduct HCP office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through and resolve escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact.
- Compliantly reduce cycle time and increase conversion rates for patients prescribed Dupixent.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare or relevant experience.
- Ability to travel as necessary (additional travel within assigned geography).
- Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork in a matrix environment.
- Energetic, driven; strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve and maintain compliance with applicable Sanofi-Genzyme policies, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Valid driverβs license.
