Position Summary
Field Reimbursement Liaison (FRL) – MidAtlantic provides access and reimbursement assistance to optimize patient experience with Crinetics products.

Responsibilities
- Conduct office calls with HCPs/office staff to support patient access, reimbursement, patient programs, and coverage questions.
- Resolve patient coverage/access/reimbursement issues with Patient Services.
- Educate office staff on Crinetics sponsored programs and systems.
- Liaise with CrinetiCARE and network Specialty Pharmacies.
- Provide strategic coverage/reimbursement leadership to the Sales team.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience.
- Serve as subject matter expert on payer policies, prior authorizations, denials, appeals, peer-to-peer, and access education.
- Provide insights on product/support service integration at HCP and hospital pharmacy accounts.
- Conduct quarterly practice reviews on utilization of patient services.
- Create training materials and deliver education to internal/external stakeholders.
- Track access/reimbursement trends and identify issues/opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of Crinetics policies; handle PHI appropriately.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 12+ years healthcare and/or pharma/biotech experience.
- Knowledge of third-party payers; prior authorization and appeals.
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with iPad; Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
- Time/resource/workload management; work independently.
- Must live in assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years access/reimbursement experience.
- Case management/CRM systems; 2+ years specialty pharmacy network experience.
- US healthcare policy/payment systems; CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS knowledge; site-of-care reimbursement experience.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Salary range: $162,000–$203,000; annual target bonus; stock options; ESPP; 401k match; medical/dental/vision/basic life; 20 days PTO; 10 paid holidays; winter shutdown.
