Field Merchandiser - Southwestern ontario

Role Summary
Merchandiser βΓΓ¬ Ontario
Responsibilities
Learn and become a product expert on the Organigram portfolio of brands (through scheduled training sessions and ongoing learning)
Conduct in-store consumer intercepts (pop ups) at peak hours.
Conduct budtender education sessions based off provincial KPIs.
Answer product related questions from budtenders and consumers
Engage with consumers at retail and submit feedback (Organigram brands and competitive LPs) to the Ontario team
Work with National Account Manager & Trade Marketing to organize provincially run events across the region
Develop relationships & grow business at private retail
Weekly Competitive activity tracking
Follow provincial guidelines while working with all retail locations
Utilize CRM software to keep accurate records for contact management & route planning
Work independently while covering large geographical area (Toronto-GTA and Southwestern Ontario)
Qualifications
Based in the Toronto-GTA and Southwestern Ontario regions (preference of Toronto/London)
Previous experience in customer service and/or as a brand ambassador (or similar role)
Knowledge of cannabis market and trends considered an asset as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Punctual and able to follow a route plan/store schedule
Flexible work hours with weekends/evenings sometimes required
Must be 19 years of age or older with a valid driverβΓΓ΄s license, and vehicle required (travel across Southwestern Ontario)
