Role: Field Medical Director supporting BeOne Medicines' pre-clinical and clinical pipeline development in solid tumors, primarily Breast and Lung cancers. Responsibilities include developing regional strategies, establishing scientific peer-to-peer relationships with opinion leaders, supporting research collaborations, and engaging in medical education activities across a territory including FL, GA, SC, AL, MS, AR, and Puerto Rico. The position involves supporting medical affairs efforts pre- and post-launch, identifying investigators for clinical trials, facilitating investigator-sponsored research, and providing clinical insights to internal teams. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO with at least 5 years of clinical/scientific experience; or NP, PA, or Master’s degree with β‰₯6 years of clinical/scientific success. The candidate should possess strong communication, disease state expertise, knowledge of healthcare systems, and experience in oncology clinical research. Preferred experience includes established relationships with healthcare providers in solid tumor oncology. The role demands high emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, project management skills, and ability to travel approximately 60-70%. The position reports to the Senior Regional Director, and the work setup is field-based within the specified territory.
