Field Medical Director, Solid Tumors (MS, AL, GA, FL, PR)

Role: Field Medical Director supporting BeOne Medicines' pre- and post-launch solid tumor (Breast and Lung cancers) pipeline, acting as a Medical Science Liaison with responsibilities in external collaboration, scientific relationship-building, and regional strategy development. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory plans, establish credible relationships with opinion leaders and healthcare providers, facilitate scientific partnerships with guideline bodies and cooperative groups, support congresses, assist in investigator site identification, and contribute to regional medical meetings. Also, serve as a scientific resource internally, provide feedback on emerging data, perform competitor analysis, and support budget management and compliance. Requirements: MD/PhD/DO or NP/PA with at least 5–6 years of clinical/scientific experience, preferably in oncology or relevant therapeutic areas; demonstrated relationships with healthcare professionals; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to travel 60-70%; strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical research, and research design. Preferred: experience in solid tumor oncology, familiarity with clinical trial processes, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
