Role: Field Medical Director supporting BeOne Medicines' pre-clinical and clinical pipeline in solid tumors, primarily Breast and Lung cancers. Responsibilities: develop regional medical strategies, establish and maintain relationships with opinion leaders and healthcare providers, support clinical trial site identification and investigator-sponsored research, facilitate regional medical meetings, and provide scientific input internally. Engage in partnerships with guideline developers, cooperative groups, and research institutions, while collaborating cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, safety, marketing, and legal teams. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO with a minimum of 5 years' clinical experience; or NP, PA, Masterβs degree with at least 6 years' relevant clinical or industry experience. Skills include strong scientific communication, disease state expertise, understanding of healthcare systems, and project management. Preferred: oncology experience in solid tumors; existing regional HCP relationships; ability to work in a global environment; willingness to travel approximately 60-70%. High-value specifics: focus on solid tumor indications, with emphasis on breast and lung cancers, supporting both pre-launch and post-launch activities, with a regional scope covering Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Puerto Rico.
