Field Medical Director, Solid Tumor-Breast and Lung: South Central

Role: Field Medical Director supporting BeOne Medicines' pre-clinical and clinical pipeline in solid tumors, primarily breast and lung cancers. Responsibilities include developing regional strategies, establishing scientific relationships with opinion leaders, facilitating collaborations, supporting congresses, and advising on clinical trial investigator identification and investigator-sponsored research. The role entails cross-functional engagement with medical affairs, clinical development, legal, compliance, and commercialization teams, with an emphasis on relationship-building within the healthcare community. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO with at least 5 years of clinical or scientific experience; or NP, PA, Master’s degree with 6+ years relevant experience. Experience in clinical oncology, particularly in solid tumors, is preferred. Skills include high-level communication, disease area expertise, understanding of healthcare systems, and strategic planning. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on breast and lung cancers, solid tumor assets, supporting both pre-launch and post-launch activities, with a territory covering TX, OK, LA, WY, NM, UT, CO. The role involves approximately 60-70% travel and reports to the Senior Regional Director, Solid Tumor. Work setup is field-based, emphasizing regional stakeholder engagement and scientific advocacy.
