Field Medical Director, Neuroscience (West)

Role: Lead and manage Ipsen’s Neuroscience Migraine Field Medical team within US Medical Affairs, driving medical strategy, team performance, and external engagement. Responsibilities: oversee recruitment, talent development, and performance of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs); develop and execute territory action plans, scientific profiling, and engagement strategies; ensure compliance with regulations and Ipsen policies; collaborate cross-functionally on strategic projects and medical initiatives; support USMA goals and budget planning. Requirements: advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD), 10+ years in pharma or clinical roles, including 5+ years in MSL functions; specific experience in Migraine/Headache, Neurology, or related fields; deep knowledge of US pharma regulations (PhRMA, OIG, FDA); proven leadership, stakeholder relationship management, and project oversight skills.
