What Youโ€™ll Do
- Translate data-backed insights into actionable field plans to drive performance.
- Develop and scale best practices into national action plans.
- Serve as the voice of the field to improve field-readiness of operations and home office deliverables.
- Drive adoption of Commercial Operation deliverables (communications, CRM, training).
- Lead TA-specific special projects aligned with DGMs and Sales VPs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated and compliant operations.
- Shape and optimize operating models, call planning, and targeting.
- Enhance performance management and field enablement capabilities.
- Partner with Therapeutic Area and Sales leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships for effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuously assess and improve field effectiveness via analytics and systems integration.

Who You Are
- Translate strategic visions into operational realities and influence in matrix environments without direct authority.
- Executive presence; strong storytelling and stakeholder management; ability to navigate complex systems and analytics.

Required Skills
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred.
- 7+ years in biotech/pharma field sales and commercial sales operations; regional leadership experience before HQ/sales operations roles.
- Proven success translating strategy into operational execution.
- CRM platform experience; Veeva strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
- Executive presence and ability to influence in matrix environments.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Pharma Marketing and Pharma Analytics.
- Ability to lead field effectiveness-related priorities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on scalability and compliance.
