What You’ll Do
- Translate data-backed insights into actionable field plans to drive performance.
- Develop and scale best practices from field teams into national action plans.
- Serve as the voice of the field, improving field-readiness of operations and home office deliverables.
- Drive adoption of Commercial Operations deliverables (communications, CRM, training).
- Lead TA-specific special projects, aligning field effectiveness priorities with DGMs and Sales VPs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated and compliant operations.
- Shape and optimize operating models, call planning, and targeting for enhanced field performance.
- Enhance performance management and field enablement capabilities.
- Partner with Therapeutic Area and Sales leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuously assess and improve field effectiveness through analytics and systems integration.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred.
- 7+ years in biotech/pharma field sales and commercial sales operations; led sales teams regionally before moving into sales operations/HQ roles.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
- CRM platform experience; Veeva strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Executive presence; ability to influence in matrix environments.

- Base compensation range: $162,000–$223,000.
