Role: Field Director of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) overseeing the West US region, focusing on Obesity and Related Conditions. Objectives include leading a team to execute medical strategies, advancing scientific engagement with healthcare professionals, and improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities: provide strategic direction, coach and develop MSLs, ensure compliance, and foster a collaborative environment; develop and execute Scientific Engagement Plans; facilitate peer-to-peer interactions with Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers; collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, medical, and commercial teams; support congress activities, and ensure alignment with corporate goals. Qualifications: Doctorate (MD, Ph.D., Pharm.D., DO) with 4+ years in Medical Affairs or Master’s with 8+ years, or Bachelor’s with 10+ years, including 4+ years of managerial experience. Preferred: extensive industry experience in biotech/pharma Medical/Scientific Affairs (7+ years), clinical or research background, and expertise in Obesity and Related Conditions.
