Role: Field Director of Medical Science Liaisons overseeing regional MSL teams in the Southeast (FL, MS, LA, AL) to develop and execute scientific engagement strategies in Obesity and Related Conditions. Responsibilities: lead team performance, coaching, and development; ensure compliant and impactful field medical activities; collaborate on strategy and tactics with medical leadership; oversee engagement with opinion leaders and healthcare providers; support cross-functional initiatives including congresses and internal teams; represent MSL insights to senior leadership. Requirements: Doctorate with 4+ years or Master’s with 8+ years or Bachelor’s with 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience; 4+ years of managerial experience managing teams or projects. Preferred: Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D., or D.O.; 7+ years industry experience in Scientific/Medical Affairs; 3+ years as an MSL in biotech/pharma; expertise in Obesity and Related Conditions; leadership experience.
