Role: Lead and develop the regional Field Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to support Incyte's medical strategies in Hematology, Oncology, and Inflammation/Autoimmunity. Responsibilities: oversee day-to-day MSL activities, ensure impactful scientific engagement with key external healthcare professionals, manage team performance and development, facilitate collection and use of field insights, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Lead cross-functional collaborations with Clinical Development, Commercial, Regulatory, and Legal departments; develop regional medical plans aligned with corporate goals; and serve on the Field Medical Leadership Team. Requirements: advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) or relevant clinical experience; extensive Medical Affairs background with team management experience preferred; strong understanding of pharmaceutical product lifecycle, medical strategy, and compliance regulations (FDA, OIG, PhRMA). Skills: exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build strategic external relationships; proficient in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. HighValue: experience managing geographically dispersed teams, with up to 50% travel; preferred experience with launches, clinical trials, and established KEEs in relevant therapeutic areas.
