Field Director, GU Oncology - South Central

Role: Lead and manage a regional GU Oncology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, providing scientific, clinical, and educational support to healthcare professionals, while executing Medical Affairs strategies. Responsibilities: develop and implement territory plans, coach and develop team members, oversee field medical programs including launches, and ensure compliant, impactful scientific engagements. Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal partners, lead scientific projects, and translate insights into strategic actions. Qualifications: minimum of a master’s degree (PharmD, PhD, MD preferred), at least 8 years of experience including 2+ years in MSL or similar roles, with industry and TA-related experience.
