Responsibilities encompass team leadership, coaching, performance management, and development; strategic planning of territory activities; cross-functional collaboration; and oversight of scientific initiatives and programs. The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, fostering scientific exchange, and translating insights into strategic actions. Qualifications: Masterβs degree required, PhD/MD/PharmD preferred; at least 8 yearsβ experience, with 4+ years in pharma and 2+ years in MSL or similar roles; clinical or research background preferred. Experience in oncology, preferably GU cancers, is desirable. Must have regional travel capacity (~60%), valid driverβs license, and reside near the assigned territory. Skills include data analysis, clinical expertise, strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
