Field Director, GU Oncology - South Central

Role: Lead and manage a regional GU Oncology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, providing scientific and clinical support to healthcare professionals and internal partners. Objectives include executing medical affairs strategies, supporting product launches, and ensuring compliant, insight-driven engagement across the South Central region. Responsibilities encompass team leadership, coaching, performance management, and development; strategic planning of territory activities; cross-functional collaboration; and oversight of scientific initiatives and programs. The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, fostering scientific exchange, and translating insights into strategic actions. Qualifications: Master’s degree required, PhD/MD/PharmD preferred; at least 8 years’ experience, with 4+ years in pharma and 2+ years in MSL or similar roles; clinical or research background preferred. Experience in oncology, preferably GU cancers, is desirable. Must have regional travel capacity (~60%), valid driver’s license, and reside near the assigned territory.
