Field Director, GU Oncology - South Central

Role: Lead and oversee a GU Oncology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team within Johnson & Johnson's Medical Affairs, focusing on scientific, clinical, and educational support for current and future oncology products in a designated South Central region. Responsibilities: develop and implement regional strategies, coach and develop MSLs, manage field activities including product launches and HCP engagement, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders such as Scientific Affairs and commercial teams. Requirements: Master’s degree (PhD, MD, PharmD preferred), 8+ years in pharma with at least 2 years in MSL roles, clinical/research background preferred, experience in oncology or relevant therapeutic areas advantageous. Must have leadership experience, proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder influence, with regional travel (~60%).
